EFSA England has a large number of beach anglers, some interested in match angling, some like to travel and fish distant shores, but all have a passion for angling and a respect for the sea.
Over the last decade, maybe more, sea angling has got alot harder, fish are harder to find, not just on the beach but sometimes even boat anglers struggle to find a fish or two. Planning for an advance trip, taking into account tide times and height of tide help, good bait is important so are venue reports in the press, all these can help you become successful in your quest for a good trip. However possibly the best form of help is knowledge from local anglers, and being a member of EFSA England allows you to meet anglers from all over who fish their own patch regularly, anglers who know what is going on in their area, so know when and where to fish.
Always useful if you are a travelling angler and wish to fish a venue you know little about, someone in EFSA will know something about it. This network of frendly shore anglers get together on a number of ocassions throughout the year which results in renewed frenidships and usually splitting headaches the following day.
If you are new to shore angling or you have been fishing for years there is a place at EFSA England.
